About The Enterprise Foundation
Launched in 1982 by Jim and Patty Rouse, The Enterprise Foundation is a national, nonprofit housing and community development organization working with partners to provide low-income people with affordable housing, safer streets, and access to jobs and child care.

The Foundation's mission is to see that all low-income people in the United States have the opportunity for fit and affordable housing and to move up and out of poverty into the mainstream of American life.

About the Enterprise Women's Network of Baltimore
The mission of the Enterprise Women's Network is to support The Enterprise Foundation's work in the Baltimore community. Using The Foundation's structure, the Network provides opportunities for over 400 resourceful women to help low-income women and their families help themselves. The mission is accomplished through advocacy, networking, philanthropy and volunteering.

All proceeds from this event will benefit educational and after-school programs for more than 1,000 under-served children and families in Baltimore's Sandtown-Winchester community. Funds raised will also go toward meeting the Lewis B. and Dorothy Cullman Challenge. At the end of this year, the Cullmans would match 50% of the money raised to benefit the future work of The Foundation.
